I’m writing today to compliment one of your employees.
I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Jeff Floyd. Our engine blew and Jeff was without a doubt the most helpful person I dealt with during the whole ordeal, and believe me I spoke to a LOT of people, getting quotes, etc. Not only was Jeff very friendly and very, very knowledgeable, but he found us the engine we needed at a great price with a lifetime warranty and even arranged for someone to install the new engine for us for a very reasonable price, which Ulando did, and very quickly, too.
This morning I called Jeff to thank him for all his help and mentioned that now (of course) the tranny’s starting to go…Jeff jumped right on the computer and gave me a FABULOUS price (like, $1000 LESS then we thought we were going to have to spend,) on a tranny, again with a lifetime warranty. We will DEFINITELY be referring friends and family in the future, and will return ourselves should the need arise…which I’m thinkin’ is just a matter of time…)
In this day and age, good customer service is difficult to come by. Jeff does his job with a smile, a ton of experience, and the integrity that’s missing so often these days.
